Summary: Stayed at the place while here for my brother’s retirement party at Djon's Steak and Lobster House 522 Ocean Ave, Melbourne Beach, FL. Great restaurant. Delicious lobster and other seafood items The house was comfortable, clean and we were enjoying our stay. Highly likely to rent this property if and when we come back to this area.

Summary: This home was ever better than expected. Cindy made it super easy to navigate the home, the owners book and notes around the house were written just like she was there telling you. The location was perfect. Close to many cute riverside restaurants and close to town. Our family really enjoyed our time there. We will definitely use the house again when we go to visit our Father who lives in Sebastian.

Summary: We enjoyed the home and it had all we needed so we could enjoy our stay. Close to the lagoon, we could see water from the deck, walking distance to restaurants. Great town. We enjoyed watching the Ospreys, dolphins in the lagoon and pelicans. Quiet neighborhood. Able to access the ocean too! Better than we expected!

Summary: Great out of the way neighborhood, close to many top restaurants and things to do. Very clean and updated property. Great host, with excellent communication. Can't recommend it highly enough. Softer mattress in the Master Bedroom, firmer mattress in the hall bathroom, both King size. Check out the Skydivers in the morning...very cool...

Summary: From booking through check out Cindy made our Christmas week stay with our out-of-state family members (pooch included) a breeze. This spacious well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood has lots going for it. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The home is close to many activities, eateries, and grocery stores. We'd definitely return.
